Our structured outpatient program includes Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Aftercare — a full continuum of care from stabilization through long-term recovery. Evidence-based therapies, psychiatric support, group sessions, and holistic modalities in a small, personalized setting.
Individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) — all provided by licensed clinicians who specialize in addiction, trauma, and co-occurring mental health conditions.

We offer flexible scheduling around shift work and a dedicated Maritime & Port Workers program, plus an Aviation Professionals track for nearby LAX and South Bay aviation workers.

No. While Coastwise is proudly rooted in San Pedro, we're an outpatient treatment center that serves clients from across the South Bay, the Harbor Area, Palos Verdes, Long Beach, and greater Los Angeles. You attend programming at our San Pedro facility and return home each day.
